What we manufacture.

LCC Springs Ltd is proud to say, we can supply of a wide range of springs, pressings and wire-forms in a variety of materials and sizes. We supply to a variety of industries locally, on a nationwide basis and we have recently shipped over-seas.

The company has invested in the latest CNC spring generating machinery enabling us to become more competitive whilst increasing the range of products we are able to supply (from 0.08mm to 20mm wire diameters in Chrome to Copper!).

We also offer a full design service if required and our manufacturing procedures are based upon ISO 9000 certification.

Compression Springs

Compression springs are the most recognizable spring and are intended to oppose compaction in the direction of the axis. We manufacture all sizes of Compression Springs. To patterns and/or drawings.

From 0.08mm to 20mm wire.

Extension Springs

Extension springs are springs that increase in length under a pulling force. Manufacture to Sample and/or drawings.

Wire-forms

We manufacture all different types/sizes of wire-forms for all different types and sections of the engineering world. We have in-house tool-makers to help design each wire form to the most accurate sizes.

Pressings

We have 25 -100ton press on site for all the power press need's. We work to samples/ drawings including CAD.
